Mulderbosch Chenin Blanc Steen op Hout 2025

A generous burst of sweet ripe tropical fruit, balanced by refreshing acidity and the familiar saline-mineral thread of Steen op Hout. The texture is silky and layered, with a gentle lees-derived creaminess enhancing the mid-palate. The finish is harmonious, bright, and persistent. Showcasing both tropical richness and elegant structure.  13.5% ABV.

Mulderbosch was the first producer in South Africa to successfully create a barrel-fermented style of Chenin Blanc. The ‘Steen op Hout’ quickly garnered an avid following and has since become synonymous with the variety for its charm and accessibility.
