Millebuis Aligoté Silex is a lean and fresh white wine from the Côte Chalonnaise in Burgundy, France. Aligoté is Burgundy's second white grape. Aligoté, when treated correctly, can produce really lovely wines that don't cost a fortune. Silex means flint, and refers to the soil in the fields from which the grapes for this wine come.
