La Chablisienne Chablis 1er Cru Fourchaume 2019

Delightfully ripe pears, apricots and vineyard peaches are accompanied by lemon balm and white flowers, and a beautiful, subtle note of Tahitian vanilla emerges. This is very good. 13% ABV.

The Fourchaume is powerful on the nose and beautifully embeds the flint note typical of Chablis. On the palate it is juicy and delicate, plus the wonderfully integrated acidity and the light use of wood, which gives the Fourchaume a supporting corset. Elegant, with a lot of self-confidence and creaminess, it lingers on the palate for a long time.
