Kaiken Obertura 2018

Intense, ruby-red colour, with glimpses of subtle, elegant violet. The very complex nose shows notes of ripe redcurrant, fresh plum, and red pepper, together with spicy notes of black pepper and clove. The concentration and structure are very balanced. 14.5% ABV.

On the palate freshness and bright acidity prevail, accompanied by a sensation of minerality that characterises the grapes grown at high-altitudes and on rocky soils. The finish is long and elegant.
