The Joel Gott Palisades has aromas of brambleberries, cherries and plum with notes of cola and graham cracker crust. On the palate, roasted blue fruit flavours lead to smooth tannins and subtle acidity on the mid-palate with notes of spice on the long, delicate finish.14.5% ABV.
After fermentation, the wine was aged in 25% new American oak to complement the flavors and tannins of the wine and soften the mid-palate.
