Domaine du Nozay Sancerre 2023

A distinctive Sancerre from a biodynamic estate with a cult following worldwide. Aromas of gooseberry, grapefruit, and fresh herbs lead to a palate of lime zest, passion fruit, and a hint of minerality. Crisp acidity and a lively finish make this wine a refreshing delight. 13% ABV.

Certified biodynamic since 2017, ‘let nature do its work’ is the motto at Domaine du Nozay. Here, ‘vigneron’ Cyril de Benoist believes in letting the grapes express their terroir, by minimising additions throughout the growing and winemaking process. This means the vines are not treated with chemicals, only indiginous yeasts are used to start fermentation, and minimal sulphur is added during winemaking.
