Cipriano, Prosecco Frizzante Spago NV

Cipriano is a frizzante which is semi-sparkling, so very light and refreshing. It is crisp and clean with notes of citrus, melon and lemon. 11% ABV.

A frizzante style prosecco that is soft and fruity with charming, gently mouth-filling bubbles and packed with apple and citrus fruits. Prosecco is made using the Charmat wine method which preserves freshness and flavour of the grapes. The second fermentation therefore takes place in tank instead of in bottle like the Champagne method.
