It's a bright, lithe Sauvignon Blanc with an excellent, vivid fruity core. Crisp, fresh and snappy, with a fine minerality. Green fruit, grassy aromas, ripe greengage, gooseberry, and a lime-zest zing. 13 % ABV.

The Roches blanches express the mineral memory of limestone terroirs. At Castelviel, the highest point in the Gironde, the sauvignon blanc thrives on clay-limestone soils where fossilised oyster beds outcrop while on the limestone plateau of roquefort, the merlot vinified on the fruit gives all its richness to this cuvée.
