Pale gold colour, limpid and brilliant. The first nose is expressive with slightly smoky, flint notes. After oxygenation, it opens with fresh notes of citrus fruits and lemon zest, green mixed with subtle notes of fresh almonds. The palate is energetic, fruity with lemon aromas. The whole thing is light and digestible with a beautiful minerality and some elegant bitterness on the finish which bring tension. The finish is saline and persistent. 12% ABV.

This Petit Chablis will be ideal as an aperitif or will go wonderfully with oysters, seafood platters or fish and prawns à la plancha.
