La Chablisienne Chablis La Sereine 2022

Pale gold colour, limpid and brilliant with light golden reflections.
The nose is expressive with notes of yellow-fleshed fruit (apricot) mixed with notes of fresh almond. It intensifies after oxygenation, revealing notes of sweet spices (vanilla, tonka bean) and light notes of cardamom.
The mouth is rich, filled with a nice acidity balanced by a present structure. The finish is salivating, fresh and persistent.Food and wine  pairings: Ideal as an aperitif, it will also go well with salmon with sorrel or cod fillet in a chorizo crust. 12.5% ABV.

La Chablisienne cooperative began as a small group of pioneering winegrowers. But today has grown to more than 200 dynamic vineyard owners who cultivate some 1,100 hectares of vines; this represents a quarter of the vineyards in Chablis. Aside from their well known appellation wines, they also produce a whole series of very good wines. The 1st growths and great growths are a must.
