Milesima 'Gamma' is a fusion of Lebanon's Château Kefraya 2015 to 2021 vintages, combining the vigour of young wines with the maturity of older vintages. Originating from the heart of the Bekaa Valley, a region renowned for its rich wine tradition and exceptional terroir. This unique cuvée is crafted from a harmonious blend of Cabernet Sauvignon, Syrah, Carignan, Cinsault, and Mourvèdre, with each grape variety contributing its own character and depth to the wine. The wine is masterfully produced: carefully selected vintages are blended and aged slowly in oak barrels, resulting in a complex, elegant flavour with subtle hints of oak and a refined structure. Château Kefraya Millesima Special Cuvée is also organically produced and entirely vegan, ensuring that sustainability and finesse go hand in hand.
