Domaine Gayda T'Air D'Oc Sauvignon Blanc 2022

Pale yellow colour with green reflections and a bright crystalline shine. A lively nose of lime, citrus peel and notes of exotic fruits is typical of this pretty Sauvignon from the South of France. The palate is generous and fruity while presenting a nice acidity quite unique for this sun-soaked terroir. A wine with exuberant aromas, fresh and varied to be enjoyed with, amongst other dishes, a seafood platter by the beach. 12.5% ABV.

A New World spirit has been breathed into this range of single varietal, high-tech wines that remain firmly rooted in their Languedoc homeland. Like a proverbial Janus, its two components face two ways: Syrah epitomises wines from the South, whilst Sauvignon thrives in the distant lands of New Zealand and the Loire Valley. This improbable confrontation of grape varieties and wine profiles symbolises Domaine Gayda’s origins and fusion of two worlds, Old and New.
