Sentio Rosa Aurea Cuvée Rosé Extra Dry NV

In the glass the bubbles are lightly evanescent, but with a fine and persistent perlage. The rose colour is delicate and light, reminding of the colour of a peach or rose blossom. When you come to taste, the aromas are intense, fruity and complex with notes of floral and ripe passion fruit. There is a pleasant acidity and a fresh flavour on the palate which is full-bodied, but with a pleasant and harmonious taste. 11% ABV.

Sentio plant roses in their vineyards to act as a warning of any disease in the vines. The lady on the label is Rosa Aurea, the Goddess of Prosecco. The name Sentio derives from the Latin verb Sentiō, which means to perceive with senses, experiment, research and appreciate; suggesting the idea of a mindful choice of fine drinking through the pleasure of tasting, to discover the most authentic and genuine sensations, its perfumes and aromas.
