Nuiton-Beaunoy Bourgogne Pinot Noir 2020

Ruby colour with bright red reflections, very light, limpid and brilliant. Fairly open nose with hints of morello cherries and peony, pale grey pepper. Supple attack, crunchy, small body, small character, fine point, sapid. Acidic finish, typical with notes of undergrowth and morello cherry, good persistence, light, spicy and racy. 12.5% ABV.

This smooth burgundy Pinot Noir has a bright purple-red colour. Small fresh red fruits rise from the glass, such as berries and raspberries. Also some subtle earthiness. The taste is young and fresh, with a fine sweet-sour balance. It is also reminiscent of amarene cherries and blackberries. With a fresh, soft aftertaste.
