This sweet wine has a deep, bright-golden colour. Potent, complex nose with clear notes of honey, ripe cherries and sultana raisins all mingled with intriguing chamomile flower aromas. The palate has great volume and an attractive acidity that lingers on the finish 12% ABV.
Super ripe and botrytis affected Gewürztraminer grapes from the Curicó Valley are carefully hand harvested, pressed in whole bunches and fermented in stainless steel to preserve the delicate varietal aromatics. At the desired level of sweetness the ferment was then stopped. The result is a wine with a complex notes of honey, ripe cherries and dried sultanas all mingled with intriguing floral aromas. Quite mouthfilling it has a very attractive acidity that balances the sweetness perfectly and lingers moreishly on the finish. 375ml Bottle.
