

David Moret vinifies and ages great white wines in his Beaune cellar. His privileged relationship with certain large domains means he can be selective on the quality of the grapes and thus produce wines of a high aromatic purity and with a beautiful freshness, expressing all the richness of their terroir. The quantities are very low, and the élevage is perfectly mastered. The wines have an impressive substance without ever being heavy as they are made with fine energy. His Meursaults are now sought after by the many specialist fans.
