Marco Porello Roero Arneis Camestri 2019

Straw yellow. Intensely floral and fruity. Hints of white fruit, minerals and savoury, freshness. The wine is kept on the yeast in stainless steel vats until bottling. 13.5% ABV.

The Arneis is the white trend variety found to thrive in difficult soils, full of recognition it is also called "Barolo bianco". Ample in texture, its enticing flavours of Seville orange, pink grapefruit and jasmine blossom are offset by a seam of fine acidity  Arneis is quite aromatic and has a creamy-soft character, the best results are generally obtained with it in the Roero area. Marco Porello produces one of the best Roero Arneis, the wine is complex and dense, without being heavy, it is always alive and holds the suspense to the long finale.
